In case of changes to your travel details, such as route, name or departure/return dates, please contact our agency to find out the conditions under which these changes can be made. Aerotravel advises you to check the correctness of the data entered on your travel documents (name, travel dates, destination) when you take possession of them. Aerotravel cannot be held responsible for any claims made after the travel documents have been handed over, nor for reservations made following an erroneous request made by the customer.

It is the passenger’s obligation to check that he/she has all the necessary documents for the trip: air ticket, accommodation voucher, passport, identity card, visa and if they are valid, including the documents of minors.

We recommend that you always travel with a passport (not a temporary passport) valid for at least 6 months from the date of your return to the country.
